What is your order minimum ?
Single color prints have a minimum of 12 garments per design. Minimum for multi-color prints is 24 garments.
(Ask for minimums on non apparel items.)
What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is an average of 2 weeks.
Rush orders are available upon request.
Is there a screen set up fee?
Yes, we have two options for screen set up. There is
a one time use option, used mostly for one off jobs or short runs. Screens can be made permanent if the design will be printed again in the future. Pricing is available upon request.
Is there a charge for ink color switches?
Yes, there is a fee of $10 per color switch.
Artwork resolution should be set at 300 DPI, and
sized to print. (Actual size print will appear.)
We accept PDF, JPEG, and PSD formats.
Do you charge for graphic design?
Yes, we charge by the hour for any graphic clean-up or graphic design. There is a minimum of 1 hour for all graphic fees.
Is there an upcharge for larger garment sizes?
2XL - add $2.00
3XL - add $2.50
4XL - add $3.00
5XL - add $4.00
Can I pick-up my order?
We are located outside of Kutztown, PA. We do
allow pick-ups, but ask that you schedule in advance. Local delivery is also available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and Paypal.
Do you accept partial payment or do I need to pay in full?
We require full payment at the time of ordering.
Do you provide embroidery services?
No, we currently only provide screen printing. We hope to expand to embroidery in the future.
